Worst shopping experience

I tried to place a return request within 30minutes of getting the order because the quality of product was bad. I couldn't because they said my return window is expired.. which means I shouldn't return the product before I receive the product?
After contacting the customer care and after a lot of effort they finally agreed to.return pickup and said I have to pay 150rs.. I agreed to.that as well
Then it's been 3 days since my return order was picked up.and no response from your so called team
