We require you to record video of the opening the package for easier process in return & exchange.

We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible. Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase. 

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Return or exchange request will only be allowed within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

In case of return, the amount will be refunded in form of store credit with validity up to one year, return only available for defective or wrong item delivered

If you select an item with a higher value compared to the item you're exchanging, we will ask you to pay the price difference. In case the value is lower, we will credit you with the difference.

Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, we will schedule a pickup for the order within 1-3 business days of placing the request. 

Usually we receive the product in 6-7 days. On receiving, within 2-3 days we will issue the store credit or dispatch the exchanged product if all conditions are met.

If the item requested for exchange is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives or issue a store credit for the same.

This process usually takes 10-15 business days. 

An order can only be exchanged once.

We do not accept return or exchange for international orders.

For All Categories :-100 Rs Deduction for return shipping from the Buyer on single product and if more than 1 product then shipping charges would be extra according to Weight of product on return shipping amount  .

For Velvet Wear :- Return charges would be deducted from the buyer all depends on the weight of products

All Items are eligible for return and exchange except following :

  • Customised Products
  • No return & exchange on winter wear
  • Item's worth less then 949₹

In order for the product to be eligible for return or exchange make sure that these following conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn't used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

  • The item may be damaged during transit
  • Or there might be a manufacturing defect
  • Or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In such cases as given above, we will replace the item, provided that the request for replacement/ return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as mentioned above. 

If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us on the below mentioned address by any reliable courier service within 5 days of raising a return request. Please do mention the Order No. and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet.

NOTE: No returns or refunds are accepted for items from the winterwear collection.

We request you to share the courier details with us customercare@labelflavia.com . Any product self-shipped after 5 days of raising a return request will not be considered. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. 

NOTE : In the event that the product is delivered in a damaged condition or if an incorrect item is shipped due to an error on our part, we will gladly cover all associated shipping charges. However, in cases where the product is being returned for reasons other than damage or our error, the customer will be responsible for the applicable shipping charges.

In case of an exchange, the customer is required to pay ₹100.
