Poor Customer service

I had ordered 3 co-ord sets and now need them in a size bigger as the size wasn’t as mentioned on the website .
I called the service team yesterday even spoke to the supervisors and had a long discussion.
In the end He promised me that my order will be picked up yesterday for EXCHANGE.
He said I will have to pay 150 rupees once I revived the size that i ordered. We both agreed and I hung up .
Since the No on is picking the call , No one is responding over texts or mail . Nothing!!

What kind of customer service is this?
It’s not even about money now it’s about poor service experience I had.

It’s really disappointing and really not fair.
You guys aren’t going to grow this way .
