The order was placed early in july, which was late shipped from thier end. 1st they closed the return window period and i couldn't generate the ticket even within 24hrs of receipt. I had to constantly mail & text several days to be able to speak to someone. I processed a return instead of exchange as i was exhausted with lapses. The return courier was booked by the brand & then canceled with the courier company without any intimation to me. I had to chase again in 1st week August. The entire month has passed & and constantly I'm requesting for the pick up. The same courier Bluedart has been processing Pickups & Deliverys from us without any reason or alert. When i said finally that I'll courier back thi you and you can pay for the courier since return is processed by you, i was told I'm going to have to pay for the courier myself.
The brand has been a torture in my experience for nearly 2months of polite compassionate requests. Several times I've asked to speak to someone responsible, but no heed. IT'S A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. and not worth the time & product value at all, given this unprofessional, irresponsible, non solution orientated approach. Highly unrecommended!
